Ordering a template
How do I preview a template before ordering?
Open any template and click Live preview. The demo runs in your browser — navigate between pages and resize the window to check the mobile layout. Previews are the actual template, not screenshots.
What do I receive?
A finished website: the template set up on your domain with your content, hosting and SSL arranged, and a hand-over once it is live. You do not receive files to install yourself.
How long does setup take?
Most sites are live within a few working days of receiving your advance and your content (text, images, contact details). Domain registration, when we do it for you, can add a day.
Payments — 50% now, 50% on delivery
Why is only half charged at checkout?
The 50% advance confirms your order and starts the work. The remaining 50% is due when your site is delivered — you see it live first.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) when it is enabled at checkout, or a bank transfer / UPI that we confirm manually. Either way the amount is the 50% advance; the balance is paid the same way on delivery.
I paid the advance but my order still says "awaiting advance".
Bank transfers are confirmed by hand, usually within a few hours. If it has been longer, send the transaction reference via the contact page quoting your order number.
Domains
I already have a domain.
Choose I already have a domain at checkout and tell us the name and where it is registered. We either send you the DNS records to add, or set them up for you if you share access.
I don't have a domain yet.
Choose Buy the domain for me, give us your preferred name and two alternatives. We check availability, confirm the registration cost with you and register it in your name.
Licenses
Every site is delivered under a license — Personal, Commercial or Extended — that says what you may use the design for. Details are on the licenses page.
Refunds
Because work starts as soon as the advance is in, refunds are limited; the refund policy explains exactly when the advance is returned.
Account & sign-in
I forgot my password.
Use forgot password. We'll email a reset link. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
I signed up with Google — can I also set a password?
Yes. Sign in with Google, then use forgot password with the same email.
