Every site we deliver comes under one of three licenses — shown on the template page — that says what you may use the design for.

1 personal project

Personal

For one personal, non-commercial project — a portfolio, a side project, a learning build.

1 commercial project

Commercial

For one commercial project: your business, your startup, or a single client site you deliver.

Unlimited projects

Extended

For unlimited projects, and for products or services you sell that incorporate the template.

Personal

Use the template in one project that does not make money: a personal portfolio, a hobby site, a school or learning project. You may modify it freely. If the project later becomes commercial, upgrade to a Commercial license.

Commercial

Use the template in one commercial project — your company site, your startup's landing page, or a single site you build and hand over to a client (the client does not need their own license). A second client or a second product needs a second license.

Extended

Use the template in any number of projects, including products or services you sell where the template is part of what the customer receives — a SaaS front-end, a white-label site builder, an app shell. The one thing it never allows is selling or giving away the template files themselves.

Every license

  • Is perpetual: pay once, keep using your site for as long as you like.
  • Covers the site we set up for you on your domain, including the small changes made at hand-over.
  • Is non-transferable and may not be shared with people outside the project team.
  • Covers only the template design. Fonts, icons, photos or plugins bundled under third-party licenses keep those licenses — check the listing.

Upgrading

Need a bigger license later? Contact us with your order number via the contact page; you pay only the difference and we update the license on your order.
